The year so far as you all know, has been one of uncertainity and turmoil.
Its now time for me to do my partial transition to UK and join my family there. Before leaving ,i had few friends of mine who are on bucket list to be met .Whom i am trying to meet as and when so can could touch bases with.
So ,last week i got to meet my old friend and a fantastic entrepreneur Amit ,who happened to be busy with his new venture. So the meeting was quick one at the Pind ,where we decided to enjoy some traditional Indian Masala Tea along with some freshly fried vegetable pakodas.
Pind has been always a favourite place for the Indian food in prague in the Vinohrady area with its great north Indian cuisine.
The restaurant has sufficient seating space with enough of the privacy mode in to it.You could be totally at ease in this restaurant ,enjoy that private conversation and still be surrounded with people around.
We had some hot masala tea which was served in a typical traditional way, right in tea glasses (as served in North India). This was a true tea experience at Pind. The pakodas were served hot with various vegetables duly fried well and soft in the besan (Gram flour).
The service was good .We could discuss in peace all the things long awaited. I was so happy seeing an old pal and memories refreshed of good relationships before i leave for the UK coming week.
The tea experience at Pind i am sure shall keep alive in my mind till my return to Prague next in coming months:)
