This post has been due for long as we visited Birmingham few months back. Me with my wife had a night of culinary magic, a great experience at the Copper Fox Grill, laid back Indian Restaurant and Pub offering signature grills, Wraps and vegetable Platters.

A long-awaited rendezvous with my school classmate and her husband. Eager to catch up and create new memories, we chose Copper Fox Grill as our meeting spot, drawn by its reputation for laid-back charm and delectable offerings. As we stepped inside, we were greeted by the inviting sight of pool tables and dartboards, promising hours of entertainment ahead.
Seated in a cozy corner, we delved into the menu, brimming with tantalizing options. From signature grills to wraps and vegetable platters, there was something to tempt every palate. After much deliberation, we placed our orders, anticipation building with each passing moment.

Our dishes appeared, each one a work of culinary art. From juicy Sizzling Tandoori Chicken Tikka bursting with freshness and in house spicy Masala fries to mouthwatering Chilli Chicken . Me being the only vegetarian in our company, enjoyed the creamy Karahi Paneer with some fresh hot Naan.
To accompany this for drinks we had some fresh chilled beer on Tap the restaurant had. I enjoyed Madri, one of my favorite beers of the European brands.
For me every bite was a revelation, a symphony of flavors dancing on our tongues. We savored each mouthful, sharing stories and laughter as we indulged in the feast before us.
